So we had a very busy summer, doing a ton of stuff as a family. Megan has been doing really well on her two wheeler with training wheels, and has been having a blast. Taylor is desperately trying to grow her legs longer so she can ride the tricycle along side her big sis!
We've had a lot of fun going to the zoo lots over the summer, and every time we go, we ask Megan what she wants to see first, and every time she says "The bears!"
We also went camping for two days and two nights with my cousin Janet and her family and that was sooooo much fun. Megan and little Katelyn took to each other pretty well, and Taylor had a very strange and unusual outbursts of aggression, so we had to keep an eye on her when she was around Katelyn. Bizarre! The second night, once the kids were all asleep, Matt, Janet, Kyle and myself played a board game that the Hellers had brought along. I don't know if it was the long day and lack of sleep or what, but we were killing ourselves laughing over the stupidest stuff! I'm sure surrounding campsites thought that we must have been drinking!!! And on our way home, about 10 minutes from our campground, we saw these two beautiful grizzlies on the hillside eating a morning snack of berries.
And of course many visits to the park across from our house were made during these short summer months. There aren't many pictures of me (Carla) 'cause I always seem to be the one taking them. That's okay, 'cause I love capturing all these moments!
